- Prep hair by applying a texturizing, blowout product and thermal protectant to damp hair.
- When your hair is about 80 percent dry, use a round brush to control hair while blow drying. Wrap the hair around the brush at the roots and lift hair up and pull hair downwards through the brush, guiding hair into the desired direction.
- Then, use a large barrel curling rod or flatiron, on low heat, to create soft curls in front, face framing, layers.
- After curling hair, use your fingers to loosen and relax curls and spritz hair with a volume finishing spray to hold style, or spritz hair with a dry texture spray, for an undone look.
